Reflections from 2023-2025: Reshaping My Worldview and Embracing Divine Energy Within

Hey everyone, it’s LKN here, typing this from my desk as the clock ticks toward 2026.

The past three years—2023, 2024, and now wrapping up 2025—have been a relentless teacher.

They’ve forced me to dismantle and rebuild my mindset, layer by layer.

Work challenges sharpened my professional edge, relationships tested my emotional resilience, and attitude shifts taught me the power of intentional living.

Then there were the financial wake-up calls and, hovering like a shadow, those nagging trust issues that always seem to linger on the fringes.

These weren’t just fleeting lessons; they fundamentally reshaped how I approach life. I learned to set firm boundaries, to draw a clear line between what’s private and what’s personal, and to stop letting people exploit information they don’t need to know. Why hand out undue advantages? Share only what’s essential for their role in your story—whether that’s a colleague on a project or a friend in your circle.

Lessons Beyond the Desk: The Hammer and Nail Metaphor
Beyond work, the personal growth hit even harder. Picture this: life as a hammer striking a nail. These three years drove that nail deep enough into the wood to hold firm without splintering the surface.

Any more force, and it would have caused irreversible damage—to my mental health, relationships, or sense of self. The experiences pierced through illusions, securing real stability without destruction.

Yet, amid the intensity, these years shone brightly in unexpected ways. They delivered multifaceted learnings that bridge personal and professional realms.

• From a client’s wisdom
• Boundaries at work
• Trust’s fragile thread
• Shedding defenselessness
• Honoring my own time and resources

These insights aren’t siloed; they ripple across life, promising lasting impact as I close out 2025 with gratitude and step into 2026 brimming with curiosity for deeper discoveries.

With that as usual another topic to ponder on at the year end, as usual igniting a new thought when it’s most needed.

The Eye-Opening Lesson: You Are a Carrier of Divine Energy
One gem stands out, as it often does when I tune into life’s subtle frequencies—those quiet moments of pondering amid podcasts, books, or unexplained intuitions. I jot these down for myself and future reminders, and this one’s too powerful to keep private.

We chronically disrespect ourselves. We shove our worth to the back burner, forgetting we’re not just “great” in some ego-driven way.

No—our essence demands the utmost reverence from the core of what we are.

So, what are we? At our deepest level, we are carriers of divine energy.

Let’s unpack this step by step, widening our lens beyond religion or rigid beliefs. Think of it as universal truth, observable in physics, philosophy, and personal experience.

Energy: The Divine Force Within

• Energy is divine: It’s the invisible spark animating everything—from the stars to your heartbeat. Science calls it potential and kinetic; ancient wisdom names it prana or chi. It’s neither created nor destroyed, just transformed.

• Positive and negative poles: Like a battery, we hold both. Positive energy radiates creation, joy, connection. Negative handles destruction, release, transformation. When they balance perfectly? Shunya—the sacred emptiness, pure potential, like the void before the Big Bang.

This isn’t abstract fluff. Feel it in exhaustion (negative overload) or euphoria (positive surge). Neglect this balance, and life feels chaotic.

The Divine Duality: Feminine and Masculine Energies

We embody both:

• Feminine energy, depicted as Goddess Durga: Fierce protector, nurturer, warrior of creation. She rides the tiger of raw power, wielding weapons against illusion—think intuition, empathy, and unyielding strength.

• Masculine energy, as Lord Shiva: The destroyer and meditator, serene in stillness. He dances the Tandava to renew the cosmos—pure consciousness, focus, and transcendence.

You’re not separate from this. In the vast expanse of galaxies, universes, and quantum space, you are a temporary particle—a human form—carrying Durga’s fire and Shiva’s calm.

Every cell, every thought, pulses with this duo.

Realization Unlocks Respect and Space
Once this clicks, everything shifts:

• Self-respect blooms: You stop settling. Why tolerate disrespect when you’re a vessel for gods?

• Respect for others: Every person around you—friend, stranger, rival—is the same: Durga-Shiva in flesh. Honor their space; expect yours.

• Rightful placement: Life becomes a cosmic dance. Give energy room to flow—no crowding, no draining. Boundaries aren’t walls; they’re sacred orbits.

Metaphor time: Imagine planets in harmony. Crowded too close? Collision. Too distant? Isolation. Perfect space? Gravitational grace.

This isn’t dogma—it’s physics meets spirituality.

Quantum particles entangle across voids; energies seek equilibrium. Widen your thoughts: atheists see balanced forces, scientists note polarity in atoms, yogis feel it in breath.

Life has two phases:

  1. Before realization: Duality reigns unchecked—chaos of unchecked positive/negative, masculine/feminine. Dramas, burnout, emptiness masked as busyness.
  2. After: Embrace the whole. Dualities integrate into shunya—not void, but infinite possibility. Peace amid motion.
    • For me, this was an eye-opener.
    • It reframed boundaries as divine necessity, trust as energy exchange, and self-worth as cosmic duty.
      Carry This Forward into 2026
    • As I end 2025 in bliss, I invite you:
    • Pause.
    • Feel your energy.
    • Honor the Durga-Shiva within.
    • Give space—to yourself, others, the universe.
    • Watch life align.
    • Happy New Year 2026!
    • May it bring depths of learning and divine flow.
