How I work
My profession is consulting. My expertise is mentorship: how leaders learn, fail, recover, and raise the standard of work. I have led ITSM and digital programmes across the USA, UK, EMEA, and LATAM — ServiceNow, BMC Helix, and the unglamorous machinery of CMDB, ITAM, and ISO 20000 — without pretending a platform is a personality.
